A Ribbon of Functionality

The design concept revolves around a continuous ribbon-like wall that meanders through the space, serving multiple functions. Acting as a wayfinding device, the ribbon guides clients to the reception area while delineating private exam rooms for medical staff. Additionally, it provides an organizational tool, optimizing spatial organization and enhancing efficiency.

Harmonizing Form and Function

The ribbon wall not only enhances functionality but also elevates the aesthetic appeal of the space. By integrating discreet mechanical units within its structure, the need for exposed ductwork is eliminated, reducing visual clutter and fostering a serene atmosphere for both clients and staff.

Seamless Connectivity

Central to the renovation is a connecting stair within the ribbon, providing access to back-of-house spaces. Encased in frosted glass, the stair enclosure allows natural light to filter through, creating a sense of openness and connectivity between different areas of the facility.
